This week I had the priviledge to have back on Heal Yourself Talk Radio a dear friend and business associate Dr. Jack Singer. Dr. Singer and I talk about the uncertain times we are all facing and how we can overcome all our doubts, fears and step through with resiliancy and survive all the “BAD” news that we are all hearing day in and day out on TV, in newspapers and all around.
From tips on how to beat stress to stories of humor and how to use humor to battle the everyday stresses we all face day in and day out, Dr. Singer is a well known speaker across the United States and known for his humor when he speaks.
One story we briefly talk about “The Zipper” is shown in video form on his site at http://www.funspeaker.com I cannot do it justice by talking about it here so if you are looking for a good laugh go view Dr. Singer’s video on his site.

I just gave a talk on getting through the bad times myself. A part of life is the fact that downs go with the ups. If we were always up we wouoldn’t appreciate being there. The bad really can work to our benefit if we allow it too.
