The Autism Frequency and The Path to Consciousness

Can one book really change your life? We think it can.
Thousands of people around the world have participated in The AIM Program of Energetic Balancing after reading about a powerful and unique spiritual healing technology in the novel Sanctuary.
Stephen Lewis is with us talking about the frequencies and how his program can help those children with Autism. Stephen is offering his program THE AIM Program of Energetic Balancing free to those children who have been diagnosed with Autism.
|
Stephen Lewis, founder of EMC² and co-author of the novel Sanctuary: The Path to Consciousness has been exploring energetic balancing for more than 25 years. His path began with an interest in oriental philosophy combined with German psychiatry; specifically the work of W. Reich who believed energetic imbalance was the cause of all the pathology. |
|
| Eventually Lewis was led to the healing arts. His degrees include acupuncture and homeopathy, both of which are forms of energetic healing. Lewis’ extensive studies and research led him directly to the insights upon which EMC²’s spiritual energetic balancing technology is based. Thousands of people worldwide have healed themselves using their intention and the balancing frequencies of AIM. The AIM Program has earned the endorsements of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Michael Beckwith, author Kevin Trudeau and many others. | |
| EMC²’s purpose is to find imbalances in consciousness and offer energetic balancing as a way to assist living beings in the clearing and release of those imbalances in order to increase their well-being. Lewis has always made an explicit distinction between the healing that is the natural result of a shift in consciousness as compared to the medical trio of diagnosing, treating and, hopefully, curing. That medical trio is the work of medical professionals and is done TO you. Healing, on the other hand, is definitively in the realm of spirituality and must be done BY you. Lewis points out that true healers don’t actually heal you, but rather teach or inspire you to find the healing power that you naturally possess. All healing is a result of your consciousness directing your Life Force. And, in that realm, because everything is energy, anything is possible! The character of Max in the novel Sanctuary: The Path To Consciousness by Stephen Lewis and EMC² co-Founder Evan Slawson is based on the life and work of Stephen Lewis. | |

Body of Knowledge a Lifetime of Health

Dr. Robert Moore is on Heal Yourself Talk Radio today talking about his Body of Knowledge program or BOK Systems. Are you tired of those fads diets to lose weight? Fad diets or pills to help you deal with illness, and wondering when you will start feeling better?
BOK systems is a break through in medicical technology and Dr. Robert Moore is here today to help us understand more about our bodies and how his system can help heal our minds, bodies and yes our spirits as well.
MORE ABOUT BOK

Body of Knowledge by Dr. Robert Moore
Body of Knowledge system was created with the sole purpose in mind for people to be able to manage their weight and overall health on their own. The BOK system is not a magic bullet or a fad diet but a sensible, sustainable program for weight management and promoting good health. The BOK system offers a realistic plan to help people make life-altering, life-affirming changes by utilizing nutrition, exercise and support.
Our mission is to provide information that gives you the ability to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle that adapts to change-one that naturally manages your weight, keeps you fit, promotes good health, and gives you a Body of Knowledge.
Most doctors share a common dream-to help cure those who are in need and to do something really special in their career. While I enjoy every facet of my medical and surgical practice, overall my professional sense of accomplishment has come from successfully helping people transform their lives through the Body of Knowledge system.
Body of Knowledge, or BOK (pronounced “Be Okay”), is the result of twenty years of study, research, and working with people who have come to me overweight, out of shape, and often despondent. I believe that my vision and expertise mirrors an emerging public demand for healthy lifestyle programs. I have found that most people prefer a blend of truth and essential information in an organized, facts-driven format over the gimmick-driven and “quick fix” weight loss plans of the past. This new enthusiasm could not have come at a better time. Serious health problems associated with weight gain in both adults and children are increasing across the nation. Even though there are more diet and fitness plans on the market than any time in history, there are more people considered obese and overweight than ever before (over half of our population).

Diane Tegarden wasn’t a full time writer until she was stricken down with lupus and had to close her company and stop working full time. What could have been a crippling end to a productive life was at first a blow Diane didn’t think she’d overcome. Then, after struggling several years with lupus, she found that an organic diet and lifestyle helped to partially restore her energy level and health, so that she could start to think about working again.
That’s when Diane decided to do what she’d always wanted to do. At first, she felt she couldn’t justify letting someone else support her while she launched her new career at the ripe young age of 48!! Then Diane just allowed it to happen, and it’s wonderful beyond words.
Join us for a touching hour of Talk Radio!
Rebbekah will share her daily struggles with Lupus as well, while she doesn’t talk very often about her struggle with Lupus on today’s show she will discuss the many aspects of dealing with an auto immune disease.
“Lupus is a hard disease to diagnose, through so many tests coming back with either a yes or no so many times the doctors finally said this is what you have, although we are not sure. The only thing I have come to rely on is how I feel day to day. There are many days I need to lay down for a couple naps to get my energy back. I have begun to take better care of myself, by starting to eat more organic foods, listening to my body when I need rest and basically scheduling my day around how I feel.
Many of my clients are not aware that I am “ill” and to me that is a good thing. I am a strong woman and while I have many daily ups and downs what keeps me going is my family, my friends and my clients. So while I do discuss having LUPUS on HYTR, please do not change your opinion of me or how I am able to handle clients etc ….I have learned that if there is a will there is a way. Hence why some days you will see me online late at night those were the days I needed to lay down in the afternoons. Being able to run a business from home has been a blessing. I am better able to schedule my hours around my body, rest and still give 100% to my clients and my radio show.” -Rebbekah White
What is Lupus?
Lupus is an autoimmune disease, which means that the body’s natural defense system (immune system) attacks its own tissues instead of attacking foreign substances like bacteria and viruses. This causes inflammation. Inflammation causes swelling, pain, and tissue damage throughout the body. If you develop severe lupus, you may have problems with your kidneys, heart, lungs, nervous system, or blood cells. Lupus is the common name for systemic lupus erythematosus, also called SLE.
Although some people with lupus have only mild symptoms, the disease is lifelong and can become severe. But most people can control their symptoms and prevent severe damage to their organs. They do this by seeing their doctors often for checkups, getting enough rest and exercise, and taking medicines.
This topic focuses on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the most common and most serious type of lupus. But there are four other types of lupus: discoid or cutaneous lupus, drug-induced systemic lupus, neonatal lupus, and subacute cutaneous lupus.
What causes lupus?
The exact cause of lupus is not known. Experts believe that some people are born with certain genes that affect how the immune system works and that they are more likely to get lupus. Then a number of other factors can trigger lupus attacks. These include viral infections, including the virus that causes mononucleosis, and sunlight.
Although these things can trigger lupus, they may affect one person but not another person.
What are the symptoms?
Lupus symptoms vary widely, and they come and go. The times when symptoms get worse are called relapses, or flares. The times when symptoms are not so bad are called remissions.
Common symptoms include feeling very tired and having joint pain or swelling (arthritis), a fever, and a skin rash
. The rash often happens after you have been in the sun. Mouth sores and hair loss may occur. Over time, some people with lupus have problems with the heart, lungs, kidneys, blood cells, or nervous system.
How is lupus diagnosed?
There is no single test for lupus. Because lupus affects different people in different ways, it can be hard to diagnose.
Your doctor will check for lupus by asking you questions, looking for common symptoms, and doing some blood tests. It is easier for your doctor to diagnose lupus if you have the most common symptoms and your blood has certain proteins. These proteins are called antinuclear antibodies, or ANAs. But other problems can cause your body to make ANAs, so doctors will use blood tests and other tests to find out if you have lupus.
How is it treated?
Lupus is treated by:
- Applying corticosteroid cream for rashes.
- Taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for mild joint or muscle pain and fever.
- Taking antimalarial medicines to treat fatigue, joint pain, skin rashes, and lung inflammation.
- Taking low-dose corticosteroids if other medicines are not controlling your symptoms.
Because corticosteroids are powerful medicines and can cause serious side effects, the doctor will recommend the lowest dose that will give the most benefit.
The doctor may also recommend other medicines that slow down the immune system.
How can you manage lupus?
One of the goals of controlling mild to moderate lupus symptoms is to prevent flares, the times when your symptoms are worse. Some of the other things you can do include:
- Rest to reduce stress.
- Avoid the sun. Wear sunscreen and protective clothing when you are outside.
- Exercise regularly to prevent fatigue and joint stiffness.
- Stop smoking.
- Learn the warning signs of a symptoms flare, such as fatigue, pain, and rash, and take steps to control them.
With good self-care, most people with lupus can keep doing their regular daily activities.
It is important to learn about lupus so that you can understand how it might affect your life and how you can best cope with it. Also, help your family and friends understand your limitations and needs when your symptoms flare. Develop a support system of family, friends, and health professionals. The Ancient Art of Forgiveness with Nani Linder

Nani Aki Linder carries many titles. She is a national speaker on behalf of global issues. She is a published author. She is a teacher. She is a mentor. She is a spiritual advisor. And all of these tie together under the simple heading of “educator.”
Nani shares with us the ancient art of forgiveness called Ho’oponopono, the process of forgiveness, and how attitude is everything.
“We choose our words, words are very powerful…you can choose to be happy, you can choose to be poor, you can choose to have peace in your family.”
Ho’oponopono teaches us how to let go, release our fears and the parts of our subconscious that is holding us back.
One thing that Nani said during the interview that really hit home to me was how she greets each day as a new day and that the day ends at midnight…so it is now the past, you have been given a gift-respect, trust and forgiveness are all in our power to do each and everyday!
We have all heard about “The Secret” and how people are starting to teach Ho’oponopono in sound bite fashion….hear what Nani feels is missing in the teachings of “The Secret” and how that little piece may be what is holding you back from your true happiness.
As always Nani is full of wisdom, I invite you to listen to this show and post your thoughts, questions and comments.

Birth canals are small, uncomfortable passageways that simultaneously produce almost indescribable joy and pain. We are always giving birth to new aspects of ourselves. We walk down frightening paths only to discover new layers of confidence. Our self-doubts arise specifically so that we can give birth to heightened degrees of self-love and empowerment. An uncomfortable feeling such as anger, fear, or sadness rears its head and many of us want to numb, disguise, or deny it — anything to get rid of it!
That doesn’t work because our feelings continue to demand our attention. Since we didn’t heed their call the first time, they scream louder. Painful situations magnify so we can gain the personal growth available from them. Have you ever known someone who left an unpleasant job or relationship only to re-create the unpleasant scenario?
The effects of hiding from painful emotions have tremendous implications for our health. When we repress our feelings, we stifle the flow of energy through our bodies. We inadvertently suppress our immune systems and we perceive events as more stressful than they really are. We feel confused and less connected to the people we love.
Whether we are avoiding our anger or our love, the price of our unwillingness to be honest about our feelings can be quite high. On the other hand, allowing life to touch us has tremendous benefits.
Studies that chemically analyzed tears indicated that teardrops cleanse stress hormones, so we feel less fatigued after crying. Our sobs are an innate gift because tears assist the body in washing away toxins. Many recent studies have explored why men tend to die seven years earlier than women. Researchers noted that most men seldom cry. Even when they allow tears to well up in their eyes, they rarely shed these very precious, innate rejuvenators. It seems that we forgot to tell our little boys that the strongest trees – those that tend to live the longest – bend with the wind.
Many women would rather cry or feel hurt than express anger. Just as men were told, “Big boys don’t cry,” most women were conditioned to believe that anger is unbecoming or “not ladylike.” Some women fear anger because they have been in hurtful situations when others were enraged. Some women take pride in the fact that they put the needs of others before their own, but they secretly resent doing so.
Gender-related patterns of hidden anger or sadness are associated with the physical diseases we tend to develop. Recent studies have examined why women tend to develop higher percentages of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and arthritis while men have higher percentages of other diseases such as heart attacks.
Many people advocate “releasing” or “letting go of” painful experiences or emotions. Feelings such as anger, sadness, and fear are often labeled “negative” or “toxic.” Yet, our creator placed pain and pleasure side by side in our brains. Anger cuddled next to peace, love, and happiness. Fear nestled next to confidence. Sadness snuggled up to joy.
The objective of always operating from love and joy is admirable, yet most of us would like to omit an essential step that is necessary to reach that point. The physiology of the brain allows us to experience the feelings we dislike when they are present or cheat ourselves out of the opportunity to experience their opposites – like love and happiness.
Consider the example of anger, which is passion for ourselves. (“I deserve better than that” or “I want more out of life.”) When we embrace anger (experience it), more self-love appears. Once we express our irritations in a safe and constructive way, we discover that we’ve angry with ourselves because we positioned ourselves in an uncomfortable situation. We stop blaming others, our compassion for them increases, and forgiveness becomes automatic.
Most parents love their children too much to try to protect them from painful learning experiences. Wise parents shield their children from unnecessary pain or danger by teaching them how to be physically safe and develop decision-making skills. However, parents with foresight know that efforts to guard their children from any pain would cheat them out of developing their abilities to meet life on its own terms. They would grow up as shallow adults totally unprepared to solve problems or empower themselves by meeting new challenges. The same is true for us as adults.
Discover the hidden gifts of anger (empowerment and self-love) and find out how energizing, and even fun, it can be to safely and constructively experience it. Learn to feel the sweet memories that are hidden within your deepest grief. Find out what a friend your fear is. Like the first robins of spring, it arrives to announce the imminent arrival of something new – your brand new layers of confidence.

Most people are hungry for happiness. They’re searching for real answers to age-old questions because much of what we’ve been taught is upside down and backward. For example, when people “put on a happy face” or try to adopt the attitude of “fake it til you make it,” even if they gain a brief respite from their anxiety, they have to keep putting on a facade.
This resistance to what exists drains the energy they need in order to resolve an underlying issue that must eventually be faced. When we do this, we’re stalling instead of acknowledging a painful negative emotion like anger or fear so feelings we love, like confidence, peace, and joy, can emerge.
Buried feelings never die. They resurface, usually at a very inconvenient time. Then the person repeats the same uncomfortable emotions and difficult challenges. There is so much happiness available to all of us. There is no need to continue to recycle the same painful events.
Telling someone who is troubled by unhappiness at work, lack of money, or a difficult relationship, “Just think positive thoughts” doesn’t provide the tools they need to create genuine change. They may repeat positive affirmations for weeks and still struggle with the same conflicts, such as an unhappy work situation, difficult relationships and problems related to a boss or team members.
Trying to force positive thinking can prolong negative emotions and experiences. We all have billions of unconscious negative beliefs, so traditional positive thinking approaches can do more harm than good. An internal battleground rages when we battle, instead of accept what exists. It takes a lot of energy to hold denial in place. We become fatigued at the very time we need extra energy to take positive action.
Since our beliefs are unconscious, we don’t know what the real issues are. That’s why most affirmations don’t address what’s keeping us stuck. Plus, we are so much more than our thoughts. Since over 90 percent of what we do and think is based on UNconscious beliefs, I teach people multisensory approaches that people can easily use to create profound positive changes.
Feelings control our thoughts and actions, so I teach people “How to Use Feelings for Healing.” Good news: This doesn’t require years of processing negative emotions in psychoanalysis. My clients say they stop feeling victimized by life circumstances because they become empowered to build a life rich in personal fulfillment and productivity.
I help you discover simple, easy ways to deal with negative emotions and experiences the first time they occur. You learn to quickly, easily, and effectively use negative emotions and experiences as TOOLS to build a better life.
Transforming pain into power becomes effortless with experience. We mine the gold nuggets of wisdom and joy available in our most dismal experiences. We also liberate ourselves from the prisons we create when we judge our circumstances and feelings.

Have you ever wondered why life has to include so much pain? Turning pain into personal empowerment is everyone’s challenge. Would you like to USE your painful experiences – instead of feeling used by them?
Surprisingly, pain and pleasure sit side by side in our brain. They are both essential to our happiness and well-being. We are like a battery. We can’t function without both a negative and a positive charge. Most electricians will tell you that, although no one fully understands electricity, a negative charge precedes a positive charge. What does this have to do with you?
Scientists agree that human bodies are “just energy.” Like a battery, our negative emotions are as essential to our happiness and health as our positive emotions. In fact, the vast majority of our most enjoyable experiences are born from what we label “negative experiences.” So many people feel victimized by the circumstances of their lives, such as conflicts at work, problems with relationships, loss of a job, an addiction, and other disappointments. We’ve all been trained to deny or avoid our painful feelings, but experiencing them is essential to our happiness.
When we understand how the polarities of life work . . . how essential negative experiences are to our happiness . . . we begin to celebrate every unpleasant event. Each time we experience a failure, we’re totally confident that we’re on the brink of a fantastic breakthrough toward greater success and happiness. Thomas Edison failed over 10,000 times when trying to invent the incandescent light bulb. He was consistently chided for his mistakes, but Edison hardly noticed. He was too busy asking himself, “What can I learn from this?”
Edison didn’t perceive his journey to incredible success as an ugly trail strewn with one failure after another. He knew “negative experiences” are a key to success and happiness. He embraced every disappointment life presented. Edison became one of the most respected and famous inventors of all time because he accepted and used the unpleasant parts of life.
Most of us refuse to accept the negative side of ourselves. We try to deny characteristics we all have, like impatience, insecurity, greed, jealousy, laziness, and hatred. Unfortunately, this strategy backfires. We project onto others the shadow-side characteristics that we are unwilling to accept in ourselves. When we refuse to recognize our own insecurities and the areas we need to improve, we perceive other people as insecure and incompetent. As soon as we acknowledge our own unresolved issues, without judging them as “bad,” we have a much higher level of self-respect. We’re also compassionate for the people who surround us (other perfectly imperfect humans). We embrace our shortcomings and accept ourselves just as we are.
Because we aren’t wasting energy trying to deny what exists, we unleash a tidal wave of positive energy that has been constricted. We make rapid progress toward self-actualization and physical healing. With a new level of self-respect, we radiate serenity and confidence. Others sense our deeply rewarding state and want to be close to us. We are naturally charismatic. Other people learn from our example. One person transforms pain into power . . . and then another . . . and another. The entire planet becomes a much more enjoyable place to live. Transforming Pain Into Power teaches you to USE the painful experiences in life to propel yourself into a magnificent state of self-love. Order your copy at www.transformingpainintopower.com because the fun exercises and rich insights in the book will help you become the strong, confident, happy person you’ve always wanted to be.
