I am a 34 year old mom to 3 boys ages 14, 12 and 6 and have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 17 years this August. I have been dealing with depression now for almost 14 years.

Because of my own personal journey I felt a strong urge to start an internet talk radio show to offer guidance and help for those who are looking for ways to heal their mind, body and soul no matter what the source of pain is. Heal Yourself Talk Radio was born on August 10, 2006. I have lived with depression my whole life but about 10 years ago a major turn in my life sent me over the edge. After years of learning to deal with depression, feeling all alone and looking for resources and others to talk to I became desperate and started Support for Moms, now under new ownership.

I wanted to spread the word to people who deal with physical and emotional difficulties that they are not alone. Over the past few years I would receive several emails from women I have never met before thanking me for sharing my story on depression through forum posts, sharing in articles and in eBooks I have written.

Heal Yourself Talk Radio is an interactive internet radio show. HYTR has live shows every Wednesday on Blog Talk Radio from 2 pm EST to 3 pm EST were you can listen live to the show and call in with your questions and comments on the shows. Should you feel uncomfortable calling in you can always go to the shows page and ask your questions or post your comments about the show in the comment section.

Just remember that no matter what situation you deal with in your life you are not alone!

Rebbekah White was an army wife for 8 years before her husband was medically discharged. Rebekah currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio where she is the mother to three boys ages 14, 12 and 6. Rebekah graduated in 1991 from Bedford High School and is the owner of Heal Yourself Talk Radio as well as several other online businesses that deal with the health industry.
