Raw Foods Introduction
Part One of a Two part interview with Tina Jo Stephens about Raw Food diets.

I became interested in what the Raw Food diet was all about a few months ago after watching Wife Swap, then I found Tina Jo Stephens through a networking site and we got to talking. I am excited to hear more from Tina Jo on another show with HYTR. During the first part of this episode of HYTR I talked about how Dr. Wallach and Gerard Kielty are helping my family learn how what we eat and put into our bodies is what is affecting our physical and emotional states. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic, my oldest son has asperger’s syndrome, my middle son was diagnoised with Asthma when he was only 6 months old, and my youngest son is autistic. WOW! I know you are thinking that is a lot to deal with in your family…yes it is but as I have said in the past this is my family and while day to day life is complicated when looking from the outside in it is normal for us. HOWEVER I want to change that normal for “us” to what is normal for everyone else. Meaning I want a healthy family.
In the upcoming weeks I will be discussing on Heal Yourself Magazine the diet that both Dr. Wallach and Gerard Kielty put my family on along with the supplements that Dr. Wallach put my 3 sons on.
For now during the first part of this Raw Foods show I discuss the diet, what raw foods really means and information that I have gained from doing my own research.
Also each Monday I am joining Viveca Stone-Berry of Adrenal Fatigue Be Gone and Fatigue Be Gone on the once a week juicing diet. Women from all around the world are participating and I encourage all of you to take a part in this once a week diet change. Towards the end of the introduction to Raw Foods Tina Jo Stephens joins us and we discuss the beginning of what raw food is all about. I will post here the date of the next show where we will learn in greater detail how to start out on a raw diet, the tools you need to succeed with a raw diet and why eating a raw diet is good for your health.

Hi thanks for this great article it’s the first time that I’ve heard that raw food can help in your diets. I think there’s another way for it to loose some weight its called eft training.
