I was honored to be the first special guest speaker for the Dr. Sally Show on Blog Talk Radio! What an honor!
We talked about many topics including why I started Heal Yourself Talk Radio, what made me decide to want to help others and why HYTR is a passion of mine as well as how I have branched out into other areas of helping others learn how to heal themselves through their mind, body and spirit.
From dealing with depression and learning how to take each day as it comes and how each “hardship or trial” is a life lesson we are to learn and how we can learn to help others by sharing what we have learned, we talk about it all.

Rebekah White was an army wife for 8 years before her husband was medically discharged. Rebekah currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio where she is the mother to three boys ages 14, 12 and 6. Rebekah graduated in 1991 from Bedford High School and is the owner of Heal Yourself Talk Radio (www.healyourselftalk.com ) as well as several other online businesses that deal with the health industry.
Rebekah started Heal Yourself Talk Radio out of a desire to reach out to others and teach them how to learn how to heal their mind, body and soul. After years of dealing with depression, Rebekah realized she wanted to help others learn how to deal with depression and other areas of life. Heal Yourself Talk Radio is a great starting point for information no matter what you are dealing with in your life.
