Freedom from Panic Attacks through Hypnosis

Hypnosis can get at the root of what is causing the panic attacks that can be so crippling to your social life and well being. A panic attack can feel like a heart attack with numbness in the arm and lips or it can affect your breathing to the point you fear you will suffocate. Some people break out in an uncontrollable sweat and feel that they will literally die. By looking beyond the situation to the real cause of panic attacks, hypnosis frees you from these unexplained and often irrational reactions.
The National Institute of Mental Health defines a panic attack as an unexpected and reoccurring feeling of intense fear. It is extremely frightening to the person going through the attack and is also believed to lead to depression or substance abuse when the person under the attack feels no way out. Hypnosis is the way out and an effective way of helping the sufferer relax.
Cognitive restructuring and relaxation are two of the top recommended treatments for panic attacks. Hypnosis is able to accomplish both simultaneously. The beginning therapy relaxes the body and mind to a state similar to that which happens just before you drift off to sleep. When relaxation is achieved, then the cognitive changes can be implemented. To take that which is irrational and replace it with logical thinking in a panicked situation is the role of hypnosis.
You may be an ideal candidate for hypnosis to treat panic attacks if you have experienced any of the following:
Physical Symptoms:
- A racing heart or chest pain
- Disorientation or sudden confusion
- Unexplained trembling, numbness, or tingling in the lips, fingers or toes
Emotional or Mental Symptoms:
- Extreme terror for no apparent reason
- A fear of impending doom
- A sense of loss of control
- A fear that you are dying or going crazy
- A strong feeling that you need to escape a place or situation
Clinical Hypnotherpist, Steve G. Jones, provides the guided self hypnosis techniques in Freedom from Panic Attacks. Hypnosis can provide relief and help you regain a sense of peace and control.

Discover Your Passion

Have you ever noticed that some of the happiest, most successful people in the world share one major characteristic? They love what they do. I mean have you ever heard of a self-made millionaire who hates what he or she does for a living? Quite the contrary, they are passionately enthused about how they earn money. And believe it or not, there are many spiritual laws and principles that actually cause this result to occur. |
Instilled within every one of us is a passion; a desire that lives within us to participate in activity that can make time seem non-existent when we are involved in it. This passion comes from our soul. And that’s where it lives. As I said before, this passion lives within each one of us.
Any successful person knows how to consciously tap into this passion. Once they do, they begin figuring out how they can earn a living through it.
Take professional singers for example. Most professional singers that made it on their own and came from nothing started out as a person with a passion. The passion that lived within them, once discovered becomes a catalyst for two things that are essential for success: opportunities and persistence.
Here’s how this works. Your passions were instilled in you when you were born from the universe. Whatever you are passionate about is what you were meant to do in this life. When you are embraced in an activity that correlates to your passion, the universe begins to provide you with opportunities to capitalize on.
Secondly, when involved in a passionate activity, you are in state of bliss and when in that state, all the other things like anger, frustration, laziness, sorrow - and any thing else that would otherwise cause you to give up - are non-existent. For that reason, you remain more persistent than just the average person who may be doing what you are doing but isn’t truly passionate about it.
The same is true for singers. Any professional singer will tell you that the music business is an externally hard business to get into and the drive and persistence needed to keep on going after all the rejection that occurs, are only found in those with a true passion for singing. And that is what separates those who make it from those who don’t.
These principles apply to anyone involved in any industry or lifestyle. If you really want to become successful and live in harmony with your soul, you must discover your passions.
As hard as it may be to believe, sometimes discovering one’s true passion can be a little difficult. Additionally, once you do, not many people are confident that they can actually make a living doing what they love. And that’s where I can help.
I have put together a best selling truly effective hypnosis program on how to discover your passions. This program will help you tap into both your subconscious and your soul to discover what you were put on this planet to do. Once you have that information, you will be able to start doing what you love and taking advantage of the opportunities that the universe will send your way.
Wait no more. The time is now:
Self Hypnosis To Discover Your Passion
I want you to be successful. Take your life to the next level!
Until next time,
Live in Abundant Possibility!
