What a week….

The past week has brought on many challenges both in work and in personal life. On Monday my grandmother had a stroke and was admitted to the hospital. Today she is doing much better, she still has a feeding tube in her because she cannot swallow and the stroke has relaxed her facial muscles so its hard for her to talk.
On Sunday I announced the new look at the main site for Heal Yourself Talk Radio. I wanted HYTR to be more interactive, so I changed the whole site over to Word Press, now after you have listened to a show you can go and post your questions or comments about the show you just listened to.
Last week I started another site, that is non-business, called Sister Goddesses Unite this was done for many reasons. #1 I beleive all woman no matter what they do in life they need to learn to take time for themselves and have girl time #2 I was yearning for female companionship, other ladies who feel the same way I do and who have read Mama Gena’s Marriage manual or Mama Gena’s Womanly Arts books and wanted to join me in trying out her suggestions not only in our lives but in our man’s lives as well. Things are a little slow over there right now due to all the chaos that has been going on in my personal life.
It is my hope that before the end of the year though we have our first “Girls Night Out” online. Then hopefully once a month we all meet online and just have fun, talk about our lives, discuss things that are bothering us etc…plain ole girl talk. So join us over at Sister Goddesses Unite. Next Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, Lisa Fredette will be our guest speaker on HYTR and she will be talking about “Divorce Doesn’t Have to Hurt Anymore” for more information about that show and other upcoming shows go over to the main site HYTR and click on Upcoming Shows.
Well that’s all for now on the updates, everyone have a great week. I hope to take tomorrow off to rest, its been a long week
